Good day! Interested in how you can make remote access from another device to a webcam at home via the Internet?
There is a permanent IP Address, a Windows 7 PC and a Logitech webcam.

I need to leave a PC with a webcam turned on at home, and watch what is happening in front of the camera from the street or even from another city.
Video surveillance programs are desirable in which there are controls from a smartphone (take pictures, turn on recording, and TD, a recording archive is desirable but not necessary) and also this program could be hidden from a PC but turned on. (There, it seems, in the programs I heard somehow the services remain enabled and the interface is hidden) I
