There is a VPS with Ubuntu 18.04 and with ipv6.

How to get a list of all subnet addresses and how to access a site from a specific address from the list using Google Chrome and curl?

1) check that this v6 works on the client side ipv6.google.com
2) there are a lot of ip calculators for example ipcalc
3) they usually give out a subnet of at least 64. And check the range, see p 2
4) if not p 1, then configure which one toredo tunnel

Try http://[ipv6]/ to open your site.
You can check the performance through ipv6-test.com. The given
ip can be seen in ifconfig.
If there is a block, use it as with ipv4, for example, through Alias to the interface and nat from it
