There is vds based on CentOS. The place is decent. Are there solutions to organize synchronization with the server?

Synchronization of what, bl*)?
If you need a complete analogue of dropbox, then seafile.
If convenient remote storage via webdav - then owncloud.
If you have a server to synchronize with the server, then rsync will do.

Really depends on what you want. If own storage, then ownCloud. If you just need synchronization between two points, then btsync is very convenient for this.
Specify your request, we will decide what exactly you need and what you need to do for this.
