How to access the local network via PPTP Mikrotik?

Hello, there is such a network organization scheme as shown in the picture, tell me how to correctly register the route to the organization's network when accessed from outside, via vpn PPTP. The gateway pings (Mikrotik) and everything that is not behind it, I tried to register static routes from the client, but it does not help (route add 100.65.224.0 mask 255.255.255.0 100.65.224.31), maybe something else needs to be registered on Mikrotik? A bit off topic, but why not put Mikrotik between the provider and the organization's switch?
Routing flexibility and control appear (and assign a normal mesh, not external IPs).
Concerning a question - or give out other IP to the client (upd: from other subnet), or include proxy-arp on the bridge.

From what you can see, I would assume that only traffic on port 445 is allowed in your forward. Lay out the firewall config by uploading it from the console.
Also, the default behavior of Windows firewall is to block icmp from other subnets. Test on a machine with a previously disabled firewall on the receiving side.
And why do you have an ISP plugged into the switch?
