How to access the Internet without vpn?

There is a router that goes through vpn, all clients, respectively, too. How can I implement so that one user with ip 192.168.1.113 accesses the Internet directly not through vpn

I will repeat my answer to your previous question. Set up routing and masquerade. In this case, you need source routing, without any special perversions - either mikrotik or openwrt....

I would solve such a problem by adding a second router
(the user on the right has another router registered only as a gateway)
