Need to replace Microsoft Visual Studio with ubuntu. More specifically, you need Visual C++ to work with forms. I really need it, I don’t want to install Windows, please help.

Can't have your Visual Studio on Linux.
It's time to break the habit of these vicious Windows habits. ;-)
Linux has a lot of IDEs for development, a wide variety, for every taste ... see Developing software projects in Linux - there are not all, but many.
But if it's "quickly" - then no way .
