How to access the Internet through a remote machine using OpenVPN (Win)?

Good day.
The task is this: to let traffic from the workplace bypass the proxy through OpenVPN.
We have: A Win7 home computer behind a router with an OpenVPN server (IP:10.8.0.1), a Win7 laptop with an OpenVPN client (IP:10.8.0.2) in an office network.
The connection is established, the tray icons are green, I go to my home computer without problems, I see the files.
Question: What needs to be done on both ends of the VPN connection so that Internet traffic from the laptop from the office goes through the home computer?
