OpenVPN behind NAT - how to bypass?

Hello! Such a task is worth it. There is a computer with the address 10.35.5.213 255.255.255.192 on which an openvpn server is raised with a tunnel interface 172.16. Internet with static white address 100.100.100.69 .
The question is how to forward 8888 to ip 10.35.5.213\26 from the external ip of the router, so that when the openvpn client connects to 100.100.100.69:8888, but is redirected to 10.35.5.213:8888,
it means which commands are in what order and where to enter taking into account the given configuration?
Thank you!

Yes, of course, that's how everyone took it and wanted to figure it out and set up your grid. On freelance, they pay 1-1.5 tr for this)
