There is a PC connected to the network with windows 7 and Bluetooth.
There is a mobile phone with Android 9 and Bluetooth.

How to log out from the phone to the network to which the computer is connected?

Do you think bluetooth is allowed by the corp rules? Even taking into account that there is a way to connect via bluetooth to transfer the network, further settings that need to be made on the PC are in theory not available to you .... because. You do not have an administrator account
