What hardware is required for android development?

Good day. I have a Samsung 355v5c laptop.
Features : Amd A10 4600m ; RAM 8GB (ddr3); costs ssd 128 and HDD 1tb, video card 7660g-7670m, Windows 8.1, matte screen (15 inches).
I'm running android studio, genemotion, chrome browser minimum 10 tabs.
The manager shows that about 6GB of RAM is used, 11-12GB (swap) is reserved, sometimes brakes are noticed, for example, when creating a class or xml, the processor is loaded at 100% when assembling the project and keeps like that for 5-10 seconds.
I don’t know how this laptop works with Linux, it seems that the series of this video card is no longer supported in Linux (Ubuntu), as in other distributions I don’t know.
I want to ask those who know: is the processor weak for such tasks, it's just simple projects for now, I don't know what will happen when the projects increase.
I watched various laptops at a price of 35-50k, I can’t find the ideal option, then the hd screen, then the i3 / i5 -U processor (If it makes sense?) With 8GB of RAM, I don’t really see the point in changing. I can’t buy a full-fledged PC, because I go to a village or another city several times a year and for a long time.
So actually questions:
1) If options to pass to Linux with such iron? Worried that there will be gaps with the video card, like last time, or is it worth looking for another distribution? .
2) if it makes sense to change the laptop? If up to 50 thousand is almost at the level of my laptop, I thought if I take it, then with ips full-hd and an HQ processor and then I’ll add RAM, but there are no such options, such laptops start at 60 thousand and they are bulky, you can order, but I’m not even sure. I don’t even consider a Macbook pro, I don’t want to give money for the sake of the brand and the OS.
What can you advise?

@RidgeA

IMHO
1) I highly recommend trying it.
2) If possible, I recommend considering adding RAM first.

Well, if you have extra money, buy a new laptop. My Arduino IDE runs great on a laptop that is disproportionately weaker than yours.
