Why are downloads not counting?

Hello. I posted a mobile application on both Google Play and w3bsit3-dns.com. When I posted it on w3bsit3-dns.com, I thought that downloading from w3bsit3-dns.com would give an impetus to the application. But it turns out that downloads from w3bsit3-dns.com do not count in Google Play, since w3bsit3-dns.com has 4 times more downloads than Google Play. Why is that? Will downloads from w3bsit3-dns.com be counted for me in the Google Play console?

First, Google updates the statistics with a certain frequency. For example, every 2-4 days.
There is a statistics delay both on the application page in the store and in the developer console.
Secondly, the display of the number of downloads in the store (not in the console) is always displayed in a certain range.
>1 (1 - 5 loads)
>5 (6 - 10)
>10 (11 - 50)
>50 (51 - 100)
>100 (101 - 500)
>500 (501 - 1000)
etc.
Thirdly, how did they post it on w3bsit3-dns.com? Did you fill in the link to the Play Store or apk?
Uploaded apk to the forum - in this case, no downloads in Google will be taken into account.
They left a link to the page in the store - people can follow the link to the store, but they didn’t download it. In this case, w3bsit3-dns.com displays statistics of visits to the store, but not downloads.
