How to auto expand image to fit text?

As in the picture I want to make test messages with a green and blue background, I made the backgrounds through xml, but how can I make the pictures be on the background and when the text is enlarged, the pictures increase?
I tried the text of the view and the background put the picture beautifully, it doesn’t work out what to use I don’t understand

If the question is about shapeless blots on the background, then it seems that the easiest way is to draw them on the canvas.
