How to access RAW - measurements in android from USB?

Starting from the 7th android, it became possible to receive "raw measurements" from the built-in gps receiver. Can you get them ("raw measurements") from the usb-otg connected?

Look at the GPS Tether application, it can give GPS over Wi-FI or Bt.
Even if it does not suit you, you can look for an analogue or write your own.
