How to access posting on the wall in VK through blank.html?

There is a Standalone application. I make a request and to get access to the wall I send a redirect to api.vk.com/blank.html.
When a user confirms my requests to post on his wall, he gets to blank.html and nothing else happens. How do I get the token that is in the get parameters on a blank page?

through php - only if you go through authorization with the same php, then catch the redirect to the form and parse the token. Standalone is not for PHP anyway.
