How to access NextCloud from an external network?

Hello! I decided to test on my home computer, for the first time try to create cloud storage on NextCloud, and instead of Linux, for the sake of interest, I turned everything through WSL2 on Windows. Everything was done with some difficulty. Even a self-signed certificate added to it. On a computer through a browser, of course, everything opens and works without problems. The only question is how to access this cloud from external devices from anywhere on Earth where there is Internet? Is it possible to do this without VPS and Web hosting?

@DamianLewis

Rent a white IP from the provider,
forward the web port on the router to your nextcloud, don’t
forget to open the port in the firewall in Windows,
in theory everything, the current will swear at the certificate)
And about WSL - and you, my friend, like to pervert)) it was easier to make a virtual machine, as for me
