Cisco C881W-E-K9 router
External IP address: 46.xxx.xxx.xxx Internal
subnet: 192.168.1.0 255.255.255.0
the same internal subnet.
This need is due to the inconvenience for users - it is easier to remember one external ip address and, without reconnecting when you come to the office, automatically connect to the local server services without changing ip-addresses from external to internal.
How to set up this kind of broadcast on a Cisco router?
NAT translation is configured from the outside - employees can access, for example, being connected to the mobile Internet or from a home computer using an external ip router.
I heard that there is a so-called NAT LoopBack translation of ip addresses, but I don’t quite understand how to configure it on Cisco.
If there are any other implementation options that solve this problem, then I will be glad for any information.

Better configure split DNS (or inspect dns, if the device is capable of rewriting the name to the local address by forwarding). Then one name will be resolved to the external address outside and immediately to the internal one inside.
