Solved the problem. It turns out that Windows 10 prohibits connecting via http without SSL, only via https. Absolutely not obvious and it is almost impossible to understand what is going on.
Turned out it needed to be fixed in the registry

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WebClient\Parameters
