How to access ipv6 host via ipv4?

From all the tone of the material, I did not clearly see hints that it is possible to connect to an IPv6 machine from a remote IPv4 machine, but I did not see a direct instruction anywhere. Knowing that technologists are different, I do not believe in such a possibility. But my heart feels the opposite.
So given. A host with a gray IP behind the provider's nat, it is also a gateway and a router and a proxy and nat. By miredo I get a permanent ipv6. Well, then I want to get access from anywhere and from gray ipv4 and white ipv4 to this gateway, on all ports, in order to satisfy any of my needs.

The heart does not deceive you, tie IPv6 and IPv4 together, perhaps read the CCNA introductory course
