Hello everyone, I've been streaming for two weeks on twitch with the maximum possible bitrate of 6000 on high settings. There was not a single lag, the bitrate was kept at the same level. At some point, the stream began to lag terribly, searched for a reason for a long time and found out that any European twitch servers do not give my Internet even 2500 bitrate, that is, now I could stream only by setting 2000 bitrate, but the picture is absolutely not watchable. What can be wrong? Internet speed 200mb.s incoming and 20mb.s outgoing. the maximum bitrate takes only 6 mb.s, so the speed is enough, that's why it turned out to stream for 2 weeks without any problems at all. Personally, my IMHO is the problem of your provider. He slaughters. There was such a situation, for example, with Rostelecom. Cuts traffic abroad...
Changed provider, everything is ok)
