How to access from one container to another?

There are several containers that run on the same network. All ports are configured correctly (it works locally on a poppy). On tsentos as soon as I try to make a call, the timeout is returned.

curl 116.203.153.48:9981/status
curl: (7) Failed to connect to 116.203.153.48 port 9981: Connection timed out
