Uploading large files to the server?

Good day to all.
Such a question, there is a vps, the brainycp panel is installed on it and the site and forum are working.
I'm trying to upload a 75mb file to the site, but I get an error, both on the site that runs on DLE and on the forum that runs on IPB 4.4. I found out by typing, files up to 20 mb are uploaded to the forum and the site, but they no longer go, but 100+ mb are uploaded through the server control panel without any problems.
Both sites work through cloudflare, I tried turning off proxying. In the server settings upload_max_filesize = 1G
post_max_size = 1G
max_execution_time = 600
Removed the file size limit in the ipb and dle settings.
What could be the problem?
