How to set the screen resolution of a CentOS guest in Proxmox?
There is a host of virtual machines under Proxmox. It has a CentOS virtual machine. Through the web interface I open the Console - the horror is terrible, the screen resolution is 800x600, probably, if not less. I don't understand how to change the screen resolution of the virtual machine.
On the host for the CentOS virtual machine, I edited the /etc/pve/qemu-server/102.conf file (added to the end of the file): I rebooted the guest virtual machine args: -vga vmware
- I did not feel any changes. Tried the option with "args: -vga std" too. What else needs to be done to improve the resolution of the screen? Kocheno, everything is ok via ssh, but I can’t get through ssh to all virtual machines (their network is not connected to the world).
Added:
I've read this: "in a pure, that is, text, console, the concept of resolution does not exist - there is a character density, standardly - 80x25, there are all sorts of types 80x40 ..." - perhaps it makes sense to change the question? There are no xes on the CentOS virtual machine. I just want to work conveniently (for example, as in putty via ssh).

and what prevents you from going to proxmox via ssh and doing:# vzctl enter [vz id]
I have KVM, not OpenVZ. I've seen this team before. Is there an analogue of this command for KVM? Something like qm enter ? It seems not.
Added: unless qm terminal, did not try as in work.
