How to access blocked sites?

I am an active user of such resources as: gmail, behans, zemforest, odesk, twitter. In connection with the introduction of the well-known new Russian law, an acute question is brewing, how will it be possible to access these sites if they are blocked or everything is useless and the only way out is to move to another country? I must say right away that I am a complete noob in this topic, i.e. proxy, vpn and other similar words can tell me little, so I would be very grateful for a detailed answer in a language understandable to a simple mortal :)
This question is very important for me, because some of these resources bring me bread, and Russian counterparts in Most of them are miserable and hopeless.

@herex

you need to access the Internet via vpn, from the desired country where you need to be. Periodically I use shadeyouvpn.com , after registering a free trial, you can try
