How to accept payments through the Webmoney widget/button on the site?

I'm trying to set up a site accepting payments via webmoney. www.webmoney.ru/eng/business/accept-payments/onlin... If I put the acceptance form on the page, the payment goes through, but neither notification is sent to the mail, nor the Result URL is called. If I put a button, then for some reason the payment does not go through, it writes something like "the user did not accept the payment", err_code = -100 is displayed in the logs on the wm website.
I specify all the settings - Result URL, success url, fail url (rerolls after unsuccessful payment), etc.
But why doesn't the payment on the button go through?
