I'm looking for a service that can accept recurring subscriptions and then pay out rewards.
For example, I have a hosting of paintings, artists publish works, and subscribers can download them. Artists must receive payments for their work received from subscribers.
The service must support work through the API (subscribers do not need to register anywhere).
The service can be used without initial payments.
I looked at Paypal, but it requires user registration.
The service must work on the territory of the Russian Federation, the USA and Europe.
