How to accelerate the closing of the contract?

Good day
Due to my studies, I can afford only one contract at a time, because it fits the schedule.
I did the job and the client is gone. He does not respond to messages on skype and upwork.
I'm afraid to take another one, because it can fall like snow on my head and make me work hard.
Can I contribute to the closure?

@Nikulio

Have you done all the prearranged work?
Did you get paid for your work?
If the answer is yes, then you can click on the end contract in the job description. The contract will not close immediately, but if the client does not respond to the notification, it will eventually close (it seems like 2 weeks).
If - no, then you should write to the client, saying that if you do not respond within 3 days, then I start a dispute. But in a polite manner (describe the situation that you cannot take on another project). After that write to support.
In general, it is advisable to reach out to the client in order to get feedback from him in your profile.
