How suitable and balanced PC configuration for graphic design?

My deepest... I

'm planning to build a system unit. Computer tasks (in order of priority):

• Get the most out of Illustrator and Photoshop. (At the same time, with the simultaneous operation of Illustrator, Photoshop and the browser, the programs should work at an acceptable level);
• minimum acceptable performance in Adobe Premiere and Sony Vegas (for elementary, amateur tasks);
• the minimum allowable performance in 3D editors (for the initial stage of training planned in the future).

Taking into account the budget ($ 1000) and the assortment in one of the stores, I came to the following configuration.

  • CPU: Intel Core i7-9700F (or i7-8700)
  • RAM: Kingston DDR-4 16Gb, 2x8Gb Kit
  • SSD: Plextor 256Gb M9PeY, PCIe 3.0
  • HDD: Toshiba 1000Gb, 3.5", 64Mb, SATA III
  • Video card: PCI-E 3072Mb ASUS GTX 1050
  • Motherboard: MSI H310M PRO-VD Plus, LGA1151
  • PSU: HuntKey CP-400H ATX 400W
  • Cooler: Intel

Questions:

  1. CPU. Which of the processors is more suitable for my tasks: i7-8700 or i7-9700F? Incl. does the i7-8700 processor make it more suitable to have an integrated graphics system in it.
  2. SSD. How significant will be the difference between the versions of the PCI-E - 3.0 interface; 3.0 x2; 3.0 x4; 4.0 x4, - and also between form factors - PCI-E and M.2 2280 - in the mentioned work?
  3. Video card. Is the potential of the GTX1050 overkill? Will a lower performing graphics card meet my needs? If yes, which one do you recommend?
  4. Will there be compatibility issues with this configuration with the LG Flatron IPS236V 23" monitor?
  5. Your criticism and opinion about the configuration.

RAM: Kingston DDR-4 16Gb, 2x8Gb Kit
You have a mat. The board has only two slots for RAM!
If there is not enough money - take one bar for 16GB, if there is enough money - take two.
Buying DDR4 with 8GB strips is something .....
SSD: Plextor 256Gb M9PeY, PCIe 3.0
Under the system will go.
Where will you place your work files? Photoshop swap? etc.?
There are either two SSDs - one for the system, the second for working files, or one but of a normal size, and considering your tasks, it is better to choose something like the Samsung pro series, or something similar, and do not forget to leave sufficient over provisioning
1. In principle, without difference, I would take it from the video, because it's more convenient.
2. By and large, do not care.
3. Depends on the tasks. The voiced software can use GPU resources in some cases, but how often it will be useful to you is unknown. You can start without it, and in fact add it.

Duc Ryzen 5 3600X is the same, and spend the difference in price on a large SSD for file storage.

put a stone for 30k on such a budget mother, and also an old video card that is no longer quoted, this is at least a 2-fold drop in price / quality with such an assembly, and no one has canceled the old photoshop, which goes to many times smaller systems, and not what is no different, you can draw pictures in paint, just longer, for that kind of money now you can collect on rayzen with a full-fledged mother also RX580 8gb and giga-32oz on the lung, again, what goals are you pursuing, PC for drawing, you are on a normal there is enough money for rendering, my advice is to find a friend of an IT specialist who will collect PC standards for you

1050 will be very weak with such a processor, take gtx 1650 or 1650 super will be much better

It is not clear why 9700k, when there is 9400/9600/AMD 3600/3700, the adobe multistream does not use very well, but loves the RAM, last year it sat on 8GB, the illustrator lagged fiercely. 1050 will not cope well with the same drawing with brushes, now you can buy a 1060 for 6GB for mere pennies, I think it will be enough for some more time. Now you can buy + - an inexpensive ssd for terabytes for reasonable money, I think the optimal assembly will be something like this
