How should I upload files to envato?

Hello, please help me understand the file hierarchy.
I created a small psd template to get started with their standards.
I signed the files as I wanted, I put pictures and icons in the project)) krch made a mess of the files. And in a week my psd is checked and there is a whole list of errors (for those who are interested, I will write them from the bottom).
Who already has experience in these matters, please tell me:
1. How are the files placed in the archive (should they be divided into folders?), how many archives should there be, how should the files be signed?
2. Do I need to put icons and pictures in a zip archive?
3. How can I make sure that I do not violate copyright?
4. Tell us in more detail how to upload files (specifically): c) what to put in Main File(s)
a) what to put in Thumbnail
b) what to put in Theme Preview

Those very remarks
-------------------- -----------------
1. There is no difference between light and dark versions. 2. PLACEHOLDER IMAGES: Please delete the images from the main file and replace them with placeholders. placehold.it- Please mention this in the item description so that buyers understand photos are not included in the download. 3. Please collapse all the groups and layers effects in your PSD files. 4. DESIGN QUALITY: Your item does not provide the necessary design quality to compete in the marketplace at this time. As higher quality designs become available in the marketplace, approval requirements will increase to maintain appropriate marketplace quality. 5. SPACING AND ALIGNMENT: There are spacing and alignment issues in this item. Please make sure that all elements are aligned properly and spacing is consistent from section to section. Here are some articles with more information regarding negative space and proper spacing: webdesign.tutsplus.com/articles/adding-space-to-yo... webdesign.tutsplus.com/articles/using-white-space-... . 6. TYPOGRAPHY: The template's overall typography isn't yet ready. It needs improvements in the styles, it offers and general visual hierarchy. 7. TYPEFACE CHOICES: need to have clear distinctions in order for a document to be legible. If there is not enough contrast, the visual hierarchy breaks down, and the roles you assign to different fonts won't be clear: https://designschool.canva.com/blog/the-ultimate-g... 8. TYPOGRAPHIC HIERARCHY: The typographic hierarchy of this item requires additional work. For more information, please read: webdesign.tutsplus.com/articles/understanding-typo...9. Please provide documentation for this item. 10. Images and icons are not necessary to be in the final package. 11. Make sure your file description includes: - An accurate description of how editable or customizable the file is, credits and more information. It is helpful to the buyers to describe the level of editability and what is provided . - Any elements that occur in the preview but are NOT in the download. - Any outside assets, fonts, or resources used.

I won't tell you specifically about psd files, but in general I know the system:
points 1 and 2: Essentially one question. Put the main working files in the archive, without previews and other crap, I don’t know if a help file is required for psd templates, but if so, put it there too. The structure can be anything. The main thing is to place everything conveniently and logically with adequate names.
3. You need to look specifically for the license under which the product is distributed (for sure, in your case, some kind of font). So here is to read the license of the font. Usually (more precisely, always) you can’t shove it into your project (it turns out that you are supposedly selling it), you just need to give a link where you can download this font before opening the psd file, so that the client can do it himself. Naturally, it is desirable that the font be free. For example, there is a site(he is not the only one), where a lot of fonts are conveniently collected and there are small icons at the bottom, they indicate what you can do with the font for free, you can also open a license and read it in full. In general, look for similar sites and give links to content that you personally do not produce. Still rare are files with a CC0 license that you can use as you like without restrictions and any links.
4:
a) what to put in Thumbnail: This is a small picture "avatar" 80x80
b) what to put in Theme Preview: This is a preview of the picture, what the buyer will see on the site before buying.
c) what to put in the Main File(s): Your main archive that the buyer receives after the purchase, there is no need to put it there.

Well, firstly , there are detailed instructions right on the Envato website and they are duplicated in the very interface of uploading files and placing goods. Don't be lazy to read. If you do not know English, then any translator will help. Secondly , you even painted the mistakes, correct them and follow the instructions from the description.
That's just you, judging by the comments, you need to work on quality. you sent them a frank hack. No neat packing of files will save here.
1. How are the files arranged in the archive (should they be divided into folders?), how many archives should there be, how should the files be signed?
What folders? You have a PSD template - this is one or more PSD files and that's it. The buyer must download one archive containing the product.
2. Do I need to put icons and pictures in a zip archive?
What icons and pictures? Again, you have a PSD template and you don't need anything other than the PSD file(s). Icons and pictures are sold separately in other sections.
3. How can I make sure that I do not violate copyright?
Do not use someone else's illegally - the most reliable option.
4. Tell us in more detail how to upload files (specifically):
a) what to put in Thumbnail - a small square preview for the product list
b) what to put in Theme Preview - large previews (attractive picture on the product page and / or screenshots of layouts)
c) what put in Main File (s) - the main file / files i.e. PSD template in your case
