Interested in how much it is realistic to get a Payoneer card while in Portugal on a tourist visa (renting a house)?
And will it be possible to use it there, because there is the No. 1 banking system Multibanko.
I would like to hear advice from those who received such a card in Europe (maybe there are some nuances of obtaining, using, commission, etc.)
