How realistic is it to fix PermitRootLogin without-password if there is no ssh?

Hello guys,
I messed up with the server settings, twisted the ssh root access setting and disabled the password connection in sudo nano /etc/ssh/sshd_config
(PermitRootLogin without-password)
now naturally writes - Permission denied (publickey, password).
How can a thread fix this?

Yes you can of course.
1. Connect under another account that has sudo.
2. Connect to the kvm server or, if available, log in via ipmi. It will no longer be ssh, so the password will work.
