How powerful will the Rapberry Pi 2 server be?

Good afternoon, people have already asked similar questions, but I did not see an answer in terms of performance.

Router Huawei HG8245 (Rostelecom).
From this bundle, it is required that after selecting a movie from the laptop, the torrent file is saved to the HDD and the raspberry picks it up at the jump, then watch the movie from TV via WiFi. No backups and storage of other files is required.
Accordingly, the router will be loaded with simple surfing from mobile devices, as well as one port forwarded for the TV set-top box.
At the moment when torrents are downloading, will such a network cope with parallel viewing of a movie via WiFi?

It has already been said many times that RPi as a NAS is a bad idea, because. there, all the peripherals hang on one usb bus and because of this it dulls.
Here it is better to take either a banana (babana pi) or a full-fledged NAS, which has a torrent and dlna function for streaming media content.

Raspberries do not have SATA, there is no separate Eth, everything is tied to USB, take a banana.
