How not to worry in an interview?

Went for an interview yesterday for the first time in 3 years. So, I was so worried that when the tasks started, I even wrote the bubble sort with errors. What can I say, the tasks are more difficult... The most interesting thing is that as soon as I leave the building, insight comes - I remember all the questions (tasks) and how I answered them and see all my mistakes.
Is it treatable at all? I hope so, otherwise I don’t even have a chance for a Junior vacancy.

Go to "training" interviews every six months so that it does not seem like something out of the ordinary.

An interview is not an exam.
At the interview, you and the employer look at each other and ask each other questions.
You are on an equal footing .
Why bother talking?

find any cafe or bar with an extremely unpleasant atmosphere and solve problems there, when you learn to ignore everything that happens around at the interview, it will be easier

You need to come to the interview with this attitude, if other options do not help:
Beware of mats

In order not to worry, you should focus on the interlocutor, and not on yourself and your fears.
"In order not to experience discomfort in communicating with people around you, you should learn a few simple rules. When communicating with a person, learn to fully focus not on your fears, but on the behavior of the interlocutor, his emotional state and reactions to what is happening.
Do not concentrate at this moment on your own feelings, emotions and experiences.Set it as your goal to be more attentive with the person you are talking to, watch his facial expressions, gestures, speech. If you learn to put this rule into practice, you will very soon notice that you make a better impression on people than before.
When communicating with other people, it is very important to maintain constant eye contact. Always make eye contact with the person you are talking to. Watch also your voice and speech. Your voice should be loud and clear enough, and speech should be clear and understandable. Feel free to talk about your feelings, desires, ask for help and make demands if necessary. If you want to ask someone for something, never apologize, but just politely make the request, later thanking for the service. It is very important during communication to avoid any manifestations of aggression or disrespect for the interlocutor, in no case do not use humiliating and offensive statements.

Before the interview, I write a speech in advance in which I talk about myself and about my previous experience. I include something memorable in the story. I learn speech by heart. I prepare questions in advance. As soon as I come for an interview, I suggest that you first tell about yourself, usually interviewers do not refuse. I clearly tell the memorized speech, answer questions, if any, and ask my own.

It's best to solve these problems on your own. Nevertheless, it is important not only to get used to the form of the interview, but also to be confident in the content. Well, in a conversation, think not about the fact that you need a company, but about the fact that you choose where to go (even if this is actually not the case now), although you still need to behave modestly - no one likes disloyal people who use the company as a stepping stone in their career. In the end, when you work there, it will be so: you will quickly realize that they need you, and not you.

When I started looking for a job, I was also very worried at interviews and flunked quite a few of them, but then you get excited and the excitement disappears) Attend as many interviews as possible.
And put a link to your github profile in your resume - this will help you avoid stupid questions. Asking someone with experience (you said 3 years) to write a bubble sort is insanity.

Just go to interviews and gain this experience, each time you will get better and more confident. Before that, it is advisable to work out the theoretical base and read the experience of other specialists from the IT field, but do not get carried away, but limit yourself to 10-15 articles, otherwise it can greatly delay the practical part.

Go to interviews where you don’t plan to get a job at all. Just to go to an interview when objectively you have nothing to worry about - you still don't want this job. So peace of mind will come at the right interviews.
Anyway, that's what helped me.

Try to read literature on psychology, engage in self-development, try to know yourself. Perhaps you are inventing problems for yourself (which initially did not exist).
UPD
Going to training interviews, I think, is only possible if you live in a big enough city when there is a large list of potential employers.

1. Drink valerian. Or diphenhydramine. Or heroin. Before.
2. From the start, report "I'm excitable, I have exam stress, let me not give you a bubble here, but something serious, but I'll write at home?"
3. Do not interview in offices that ask you to write a bubble at the interview. Or ask, why do you need it, what are you checking?
Well, go and talk more often, let him go.

When I first changed jobs, I was worried at the first interview. On the second or third, I already learned the position “It’s me they need. These smart people want me for a penny, so let them think about how to show themselves. The jitters went away.
And where I saw that in reality my professionalism was not enough, and people needed a "plowman" and not a "student", I simply politely excused myself.

Among all these "answers" try to find the root of the problem. And here - only the treatment of the symptom, but not the main problem.
