But then a problem arose, after a few hours of clicker operation, I noticed that after creating a new identity in Tor, the site immediately writes that I have already voted, this does not always happen, in about 60% of cases. The question is: how to make sure that tor does not use the same ip address, or maybe I'm dumb and the problem is something else?
