Why does TOR change the outgoing node?

The goal is to register facebook through tor, but facebook blocks all attempts to register with a bunch of vpn + tor, apparently the country is embarrassing.
I set up the tor for Russia, it works on all sites, but on Facebook in a couple of seconds the chain changes from Russia to another.
Russia works in 2ip and nothing changes automatically

Use a proxy over Tor.
PS But in any case, sooner or later, given that FB has one of the best fraud systems, you will be blocked.
