How not to get a hat for using other people's models and textures?

I am developing a game based on the book by the Strugatsky brothers "Roadside Picnic". In some places I use other people's resources, specifically - models, textures and sounds (Not music).
Most of the models are ripped from other games, on the site where I download from, the license is indicated - "Personal use only". (But I doubt something)
When I finish the game, I plan to distribute it for free, maybe upload it to the Epic games store or some steam, I want to add a link to DonationAlerts. Will I be boo-boo from the side of the law for these same models and textures? And how can you do it to avoid it? There is no and will not be money to buy licenses, and it is difficult to unfasten a percentage from a free game ...

Will I boo-boo from the side of the law

Well, since
Most of the models are ripped from other games

There is already reverse engineering that violates the licenses of the original games, so there is a potential reason to take Faberge. But the main question will be the popularity of the game - if there are three cripples, most likely the authors of the original models will not even notice it, and if the game takes off and will be like a raid (Raid: Shadow Legend), which also seems to be free (ha- ha!) - get ready to either sue or enter into licensing agreements with copyright holders ...
