Use normal trackers
Further, my personal IMHO.
I use two sites, they usually have all the necessary software / movies.
Actually nnmklab and rutreker. Both are "blocked" by Roskompozor, but this is not a problem.
I have never had a virus from these sites.
I do not use antivirus in principle, I think it is unnecessary.

Applications and games - do not download :) I only know one application from M$, which I still cannot find a free (at least for home) analogue, and the topic of analogues of photoshop is riddled from top to bottom obliquely. Games are bought in the incentive - there are promotions, and such that you can buy "two in one for the price of half."
There are no miners in movies :)
