Attack on Yandex.Account from under Safari/Mac OS X, how to identify the infection?

What happened.
1) Go to the Yandex Money website
2) A few seconds later, I received an SMS from Yandex stating that someone initiated the number deletion procedure
Safari browser, Mac OS X system, no dubious sources of software installation were ever used. Sharing is off. The home router is quite ancient, some kind of Netgear, can potentially be infected.
You need to identify the source of the problem. Reinstalling the system with formatting solves the problem, but troublesome.
