How not to apply GPO to RemoteApp?

There is WinSrvStd 2008R2 with RemoteApp
There are domain users to which GPOs are applied per user
Users need to work from home for which there is a standard WEB face with applications.
Due to the fact that when they start, all the same policies apply as when users in the office had to run a bunch of programs that they simply do not see, but they work.
Is it possible to somehow not apply / selectively apply GPO when RemoteApp is launched
