Are disposable specialists beneficial to companies?

Good day!
Interested in the question: how profitable and what, besides profit, can pursue a company hiring specialists for a time - no more than a trial period? In this question, we do not mean small companies, but at least the middle level.
PS From life: a brand new techpod, which has been working for less than a month, was made the "main" office mover. The person who saw AD for the first time did not even know what-and-how to do. Considering that there was a mess on the part of the management and the team, at the end of the trial period the techpod was replaced with another one. Another tech-pod will also be replaced based on open vacancies (fresh).

There is also such a situation that a company hiring specialists for a trial period does not pursue any goals, but reaps the fruits of inept management.

Letting a new person into the holy of holies every month? Either they have nothing to lose, or they are not friends with the head.

Savings on salaries and taxes.
They will wait for this company to gather, come to an agreement and come to them at one fine moment, a wonderful young man, and in a month they will have everything they can. :)
There were precedents already.

Either they are looking for an ideal, or this style of management ... Se la vie. Look for a job in another company.

Sharashkin's office. Drain these right away. There are many vacancies for support in large cities now.

On probation, you can pay less salary, you can save money on this. Plus, it is becoming common practice not to insure employees on probation.

On the test, you need to change the passwords to your own and not give them to anyone. Or give the wrong ones =)
If they want to throw - leave with them + do not pick up the phone =)
But there is no need to blackmail.

It is beneficial for bad managers to throw money at a person who got a job without an employment contract - this is how they make money and work seems to be moving forward.
But such companies are easy to figure out - they do not want to immediately accept under an employment contract or assign a very small salary for a long (3 months) trial period.
The real probationary period is 2 weeks, no more. During this time, you can understand what a person is like as an employee.

In your example, it’s more of a jamb in choosing a specialist, and not malicious intent.
Disposable spices are beneficial only for very simple jobs. When you need half an hour to get up to speed and people like you are still in line outside the window.
Any really experts on complex issues who can help - get in the know for a long time and it is unprofitable to change them quickly.
And even a small amount of money for a trial period does not compensate anything.
As a rule, there is no question of profit - at least to reduce losses.
