Why are ipv4 network settings getting lost?

There is a network on some computers. All are connected through a switch and a router with the Internet is also included there.
Computers on win7. The settings are as follows:
IP: 192.168.0.100-192.168.0.115
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.1 (this is the same ip for accessing the router's web interface)
Yandex DNS is registered manually.
The problem is that after turning off the computer, these settings can go astray (until I catch the patterns, but sometimes it disappears, sometimes it doesn’t)
Instead
of ip, 192.168. parameters, you need to delete this ip, and only then the Internet will work. And at the same time, you again need to fill in the address of the main gateway.
In the router settings, dhcp for all other devices is set to ip from 192.168.0.200 to 255
What could be the problem?

I noticed that the Internet was falling off due to the constantly disappearing address of the main gateway.
I found a solution like this
:

Проблема возникает из-за лишней пустой строки в реестре.
HKLM/System/CurrentControlSet/Services/Tcpip/Parameters/Interfaces/

that is, on computers, statics, and addresses are registered manually? Then shamanism.
And if not, and this is not static, but dhcp, but there is a binding for poppies in the router, then everything is very similar to the fact that there is another dhcp on the network.

The service dnsResponder (Bonjour Service) is engaged in such a dirty trick,
stop this service and you will be happy.
Adobe installs this rubbish.

Try to reset the TCP/IP settings on problem machines:
netsh int ip reset
netsh winsock reset
If it doesn't help, then look for the left dhcp server.
