The cost will depend on the specification. Without TK, the answer is HZ, as they usually say.
Roughly speaking, the more features, the more expensive. The following requirements affect:
- attendance
- performance requirements (give 90% of requests no slower than 200 ms)
- fault tolerance
- security (for example, in my practice there was a case when the application was audited by third-party security specialists)
- cross-browser compatibility
- cross-platform
- functional requirements ("similar to hh.ru" is not enough to determine exactly, the degree of similarity is different)
