How much taxes will the online school market place have?

If the scheme of work is as follows: I am an IP USN-6% (at least at the initial stages). I post video lessons from individual teachers on the site, receive 100% payment (for example, through PayMaster), then I give the teachers a percentage.
How to minimize taxes in this case? What will be here? 6% + VAT 20% + 13% how for employees? 39% taxes?

There are several options here, the easiest and cheapest is to use the services of an aggregator, which includes acquiring as a non-resident of the Russian Federation, while it can make payments both to R / C companies in the Russian Federation and to cards / wallets in rubles.
Then it turns out that when selling, checks are not needed, this is minus the cost of the cash desk, etc., transfer the necessary amount for paying taxes to your IP account, and the rest to the teachers on their cards or their IP accounts, and then they themselves decide the issue of taxes, and you can also shift the commission for withdrawal to them partially or completely.
In total, you pay 6% tax, from 1% for acquiring and, if desired, a commission for withdrawing to cards. At least everything will cost you 7%.
This model is very close to the marketplace models with various products. It is better to ignore advice about gray payment and cashing out, people simply do not know which way they are going and how they can do the same legally and cheaply without resorting to such tools.

If you want to save on taxes - pay teachers in gray, that's all. You receive 100% payment, you pay 6% tax from it and that's it. This is the end. Cash out, fortunately, for individual entrepreneurs it is as easy as shelling pears, and forward the money to the teachers in an envelope.
If the teachers are impudent and demand some kind of checks, sign a contract with them and let them pay their income taxes for themselves.

6% + VAT 20% + 13% how for employees? 39% taxes?
Not true!
VAT 20%
- don't pay.
If you pay people, you = tax agent + payer of all insurance premiums.
Total: 6% of your income + as a tax agent - withhold 13% of the income of the person to whom you paid + pay from the amount of payment (before deducting personal income tax) as a percentage based on the percentage that the state has established for you based on your OKVED.
Example :
you pay, say 10,000 rubles to your person;
For the amount of the payment, you pay insurance premiums in the amount of, say, 30%;
Out of 10,000 rubles, you keep 13% and transfer it yourself to the appropriate budget;
out of 10,000 rubles, you determine 30% and transfer it yourself to the appropriate budget;
Your income turned out to be 20,000 rubles, from which you determine 6% and transfer it yourself to the appropriate budget;
Total for taxes:
- you transfer yourself to the appropriate budget (20000*6%)+(10000*30%)
