What nuances can there be when registering a domain in the .be zone?

Friends, help to understand and avoid possible difficulties in the future.

There was an idea for a sonorous domain in the .be zone (similar to the idea with youtu.be). The project is focused on the CIS audience.

Questions:
1. A project with a semi-gray theme (during the existence of a similar project there has never been an abuse, but theoretically it can be), what kind of reaction can be expected from registrars in this zone? In addition to unique content, some articles are based on other people's materials from printed books, technical articles.
2. Are there any other points, features that it is desirable to take into account when creating a project in this area?

There are quite a few stories on the Internet about the reverse takeover of a domain through TM registration. In the event that competitors register trademarks, what are their chances of "squeezing out" the domain in the Belgian zone? Perhaps all this will not happen, but a lot of effort and money will be invested in the project, so I would like to foresee everything.
There was already a similar experience of using our name by competitors, but in the .ru zone.

Thank you!

The main nuance is that either a resident of Belgium can register, or you need to open an official representative office.
Z.Y. I'm correcting, here the information is incorrect https://www.reg.ru/domain/new/BE/info - registration without restrictions
So the main problem is that a Belgian company with a registered TM can overcome.
