Good afternoon, I'm interested in the possibility of installing LDAP (slapd) on 1 physical server with two different (unrelated) domains, for example example.com and example.net. Maybe someone set up and tell me how-to / man?

I would probably put the second task into the virtual machine. Generally I consider - one server - one task. Physically, there are not enough servers, but containers can be used. Maybe lxc may suffice in your case - look - everything is very simple there, there are practically no overheads of resources.
But perhaps you will need to somehow combine these directories later, then my advice is useless.
