How much should I allocate under /boot when installing Arch Linux?

Hello! I'm training on a virtual machine with Arch Lunux. How much do you need to ideally allocate a size for boot? On the wiki it is written that from 100-200 mb, and on LOR people say that 24 mb is quite over the eyes, how can you understand this? Please explain to the ignorant about Arch markup. My goal is to not waste extra volumes anywhere. Thank you.

If you don't need to put /boot on a flash drive or other media, then don't create it.
And so .. 100 MB is enough for the first time.

You don't have to do /boot! Keep it simple / Enough to get started.
