How much does it cost to charge/restore an AA battery?

There was a question - how much does it cost to charge an AA battery? Are rechargeable batteries cheaper to use than batteries (environment aside for now)?
To make the calculations more accurate, let's assume that there are:
1) a GP Rechargeable NiMH AA HR6 270AAHC 2700 series (2600 mAh) battery;
2) charger GP PowerBank Smart 2 ;
3) another Technoline BC700 charger .
According to the BC700, the condition (?) of the battery is as follows - 200 mA, 1.26V. The cost of 1 kW / hour - 3.18 rubles.
Accordingly, the questions:
1) Is there a difference (besides charging time) with which charger and in what mode to charge the battery?
2) How much will the charge cost? how to count it?
3) How to calculate approximately how much battery recovery can cost (obviously, this will depend on the condition of the battery and the number of charge-discharge cycles)?
