I took myself Xiaomi Power Bank 2 10000mAh. In the "through" charges the phone and itself. Moreover, what is curious, if you charge the phone from a bank, then Quick Charge works, exactly like a bank from an outlet.
If connected in series (Adapter —> Bank —> Phone), then Quick Charge does not work. Which is logical, in principle (there is not enough current), but charging goes to both the phone and the bank, albeit slowly.
