How much disk space to create a local repository?
To reduce traffic, we decided to deploy a local repository using apt-mirror.
At the moment hosts only on ubuntu 20.04 tls, but in the future we will use the following tls distribution in parallel with 20.04.
Tell me, how much disk space should be allocated under your repository, taking into account the above?

Depending on which repositories you want to clone.
Focus on 150 GB - this is more than enough for x64.
135+ GB is required for the repository:
deb http://ua.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ focal main restricted
cron
your local mirror to update daily.
configure apt-mirror based on branches of interest.
after downloading the index files, it will report the estimated size of the download.
cancel further work, multiply by three and put such a volume into the drive.
Thanks to all!
With these repositories it turned out 157 GB
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ focal main restricted
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu focal-updates main restricted
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu focal universe
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu focal-updates universe
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu focal multiverse
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu focal-updates multiverse
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu focal-backports main restricted universe multiverse
