How many vps/vds can be deployed on such hardware?
RAM: 128GB ddr4
SSD: 480 * 10 raid1 I
haven’t figured out the processors yet, but:
1. Intel Xeon E5-2620V3
2. Intel 2x Xeon E5-2620V3
3. Intel Xeon E5-2680V3
4. Intel 2x Xeon E5-2680V3
Not I know that the 1st option is enough, and if not, then what is better is the 2nd option or the 3rd one (I think that the 2nd one).
With the 4th option, you still need to stick RAM.
Power supply, it is necessary from 300-600w, depending on what hardware.
Yes, and that's it, the case is 19 "u1, it's really hard to find for 10 hot-swappable disks.
Network from 100Mbps to 1Gbps.
It turns out that about 126 vds can be deployed by the server if the conf. is
1gb of RAM
30-35gb sdd (everything is under OS and let the cache
but the percent power is not known, in fact, only in it is the whole snag.
I'm trying to figure out the secret with an example)
Do I understand correctly?

I dig... RAID1 in your application 10 copies of one screw? Do you really want this?
The first global question is the required (expected) number of IOPS, everything can rest against the disk subsystem.
Secondly, it makes sense to consider one processor core per guest.
Third - each guest needs access to the network.
According to official specifications:
Intel Xeon E5-2620V3 - 6 cores, 12 threads
Intel Xeon E5-2680V3 - 12 cores, 24 threads.
Total - in perfect speed condition - how many cores, so many guests will live and work quite successfully. You can make room - one thread per guest. Still not too bad, but it depends on the expected load on the guest systems.
Based on 2 options, a maximum of 24 guests, if they sit on gigabit, 40 megabits in hand. 100 megabit channel - 4 megabit per hand.
Will this be enough for guest systems?
1 processor thread, 4 megabits?
If a server with Vasya Pupkin's home page lives on the guest, which is given static from Nginx and is visited once a year, then you can cram 500 such vps pieces into these capacities and everyone should have enough.
If you choose a server for hosting services, I can advise.
