How many V should a 3.7v battery actually give out?
Hello.
That's the crux of the matter:
On the hands of a tablet that does not turn on. I disassembled it, the battery says: 3.7v 6000mAh.
I checked the voltage with a multimeter, it gives 2.6.
Question: Is this normal? At this voltage, the tablet should work? Or does it require at least 3.7?
And is it possible to directly feed the battery from some kind of power supply with a larger V value? (to revive him) or is that not possible?

Operating voltage from ~3.6 to 4.2V. The battery most likely went into a low discharge, you can revive it by connecting it to some kind of regulated power supply with voltage and current indication. Set it to 3V first and gradually increase the voltage as the current rises, so that it does not exceed ~ 1A. When, as you charge, the voltage reaches 3.5 - 3.7V, disconnect the battery and try to charge it through the tablet, or with some kind of TP4056 charger. It should help, I did it with my batteries.
